If you enjoy the ambiance and the infrastructures of our campsite, you can become the owner of your own mobile home and set it up on a yearly parcel. You can access it from april to september. A holidays housing for you and your family.
You rent a yearly parcel, taken care by our staff. Every year, the contract renewed.
Your water and electricity use during the season is included in the price of your parcel’s rental. There are a few extra charges to acknowledge:
You have the possibility to reduce your annual charges by renting your mobile home in July and August. We can take the whole renting in charge with our rental managment (with commission). In this case, we are taking care of the reservations, we welcome the clients, to give the keys, the departure and the cleaning parts and this between each clients.
But you also can rent your mobile home by yourself if you wish.
With Le Clos des Pins, La Plage and La Prairie, we are independent from any type of campsites networks. Concerning the buying/selling part of your mobile home, we connect you with Siblu Society, partner with Collinet’s Campsites for over 30 years.
According to your finances, you’ll have the choice between severals mobile home’s brand, new or second-handed.
