General Conditions for Renting a Mobile Home or a Pitch

Booking a stay implies full acceptance of our general conditions.

1/ Rental Conditions

The reservation becomes official only upon the campsite’s approval, after receiving the deposit and the signed contract, or after validation of the rental conditions during an online booking. The rental of a mobile home or pitch is strictly for personal use. Subletting or transferring your rental to someone else is prohibited without the campsite director’s approval. The campsite is dedicated to family stays; accommodations are designed for that purpose. The campsite reserves the right to cancel reservations that go against its principles. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. A maximum of six persons are allowed per pitch or mobile home, including babies. The campsite may apply supplements or refuse access to groups exceeding the declared number of occupants. Booking fees of €23 apply only during high season (July and August); there are no fees during low season. All specific requests (location choice, group reservations, etc.) will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

2/ Prices

Prices are valid for the current year, VAT included. They cover lodging, water, electricity, gas, parking, and access to campsite facilities. Prices listed by the campsite are indicative and may change; the contractual price is the one confirmed at the time of reservation.

3/ Payment Conditions

Mobile homes: For stays booked more than 30 days in advance, a 30% deposit is required. The balance must be paid at least 30 days before arrival. For stays booked less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Camping Pitches: A deposit of €46 is required at booking. In high season, a total of €69 (including €23 booking fees) is required. The balance can be paid upon arrival.

4/ No Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.121-28 of the French Consumer Code, the campsite informs guests that stays booked are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.

5/ Cancellation and Modification

    1. Modification of Stay
    2. Guests may request changes (dates, type of accommodation, options) in writing (email or letter), subject to availability. Postponing to the next year is not permitted. If no modification is made, guests must honor the original booking or cancel via insurance (Campez Couvert).

    3. Late Arrival or Early Departure
    4. No discounts are granted for late arrivals or early departures, except if Campez Couvert insurance has been purchased.

    5. Cancellation:
    6. Cancellations must be submitted in writing as soon as possible. Without prior notice of late arrival, the accommodation will be released 24 hours after the expected arrival, and the booking will be lost. No refunds are provided. We recommend subscribing to Campez Couvert insurance, which is non-refundable and must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

6/ Payment Methods

Along with the signed contract, payment can be made by check, cash, bank transfer, or credit card, at least 30 days before arrival.
