Practical Information
Yes, you can use gas or electric BBQs. By prefectural decree, charcoal barbecues are prohibited.
Yes, pets are allowed on the campsite in some of our mobile homes. Dogs in categories 1 and 2 are not permitted.
Wi-Fi is free at the bar and restaurant.
The reception closes at 18:00 in the low season and at 19:00 in the high season. It is possible to arrive outside these hours. Please contact the campsite in advance and provide your estimated arrival time to receive instructions on the procedure to follow.
Day visitors are allowed on the campsite until 11:00 pm, upon registration at reception. For safety and regulatory reasons, access to the aquatic area, activities, and sports facilities is strictly prohibited for day visitors.

On the day of your arrival, a deposit of €400 per mobile home is required. Payment can be made by cash or credit/debit card imprint. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay after the inventory check.
A booking becomes firm and final upon receipt of your deposit and the completed and signed booking contract. The deposit represents 30% of the total cost of your stay. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your arrival. Both the deposit and the balance can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
Yes, the company CAMPEZ COUVERT recommends their insurance. You can subscribe when making your booking. For more information, please visit the download page.
If you have subscribed to cancellation insurance, you can contact CAMPEZ COUVERT directly to declare your cancellation.If you cancel your booking without insurance, the deposit or the total cost of your stay will be lost. In this case, you must notify the campsite of your cancellation by email or by letter.
Mobile-home
In the low season (April, May, June, and September), you can choose your day of arrival for stays of 2 nights or more (subject to availability).In July and August, arrivals are only possible on Wednesdays and Saturdays, for a minimum stay of 7 nights.
Do you have a preferred plot? Book early!
For safety reasons, it is not possible to pitch a tent next to your mobile home. You can, however, book a separate camping pitch.
The keys must be returned directly to the reception desk. An inspection will be carried out after your departure, and if everything is in order, we will return the deposit cheque by post or cancel the credit card pre-authorization. If any issue is found, we will contact you to inform you that the deposit will not be refunded.
You can select the cleaning fee up until the day of your arrival. Please note: dishes and cupboards must be clean before your departure, and all waste must be placed in the bins.

Camping pitch (caravan, camper-van and tent)
Only one vehicle is allowed on the pitch. Additional vehicles must be parked in the campsite’s entrance parking lot (an extra charge may apply).

You can choose your day of arrival. In the low season, bookings are possible from 1 night, and in the high season, from 5 nights.
