The three, 4 star campsites of La Plage, le Clos de Pins and La Prairie are run by a family from the Vendée.
Their enthusiasm for this region of forests, superb beaches and marshes dotted with thatched-roof houses is infectious.All three campsites boast fantastic water parks, each with a heated, indoor swimming pool, water chutes and slides and, by the children’s pools, adorable water mascots to delight the toddlers.
The beach is never far away (300 m, 400 m and 800 m) and slopes gently and safely to the sea.
Bicycle paths run along the coast, and you can cycle through the countryside towards Noirmoutier or Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
